Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard global shipping on all orders.

Delivery timeframes:
Standard shipping usually arrives within 7–21 business days, depending on your location.

International destinations may experience additional delays due to customs or local postal processes.

Rush Shipping – $15

If you need your order sooner, we offer Rush Shipping for $15 AUD anywhere in the world.

Rush shipping timeframes:
Typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier availability.

Rush shipping also bumps you up to the front of production, so your order is packaged first.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During new releases, peak periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always work as quickly as possible.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (where tracking is available for your region).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We do our best to include the cost of taxes and duties within our shipping fees, so your order arrives as smoothly as possible. However, depending on your country’s regulations, there may occasionally be unexpected customs charges when your parcel arrives.

Any additional duties, taxes, or import fees applied at the border are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that customs inspections or processing times may also cause delays that are outside our control.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

We want your order to reach you in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, we’ll take care of you.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• photos of the parcel and packaging (including how items were packed)
  
• photos of the damaged item(s)
  
• proof of purchase
  

Please keep all packaging until we advise otherwise, as postal carriers require this to process claims.

Where eligible, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement according to our Returns Policy.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will refund the order amount minus any shipping costs, including:

• the $15 rush shipping free (if applicable), and
  
• any return fees charged by the carrier
  

Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, Demi Press is not responsible for replacement or refund.

We recommend contacting your local postal service to initiate an investigation.

We’ll always support you where we can—reach out if you need help navigating the process.

Address Errors

Please triple-check your address at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If your order hasn’t yet shipped, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it in time.
