At Demi Press, we pack every order with love, because we want your goods to arrive safely on your doorstep. But sometimes things go a little sideways in transit — and if that happens, we’ve got you.

Returns – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, but we will happily refund or replace any item that:

• arrives damaged in transit, or
  
• isn’t what you ordered or doesn’t match the product description.
  

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• proof of purchase
• photos of the parcel and all packaging (including how everything was packed), and
  
• photos of the damaged item(s).
  

Please hang onto all packaging until we advise otherwise. Postal services require these details to process claims, and without them, refunds may not be possible.

If a return is needed, we’ll provide a return address. Damaged goods must be sent back within 14 days of purchase, in original condition, to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If there’s still an issue, get in touch — we’re here to help.

Unclaimed Orders

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we’ll refund the order amount minus all shipping costs (this includes original postage and any return fees charged to us).

Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned items.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

If you’d like to exchange your item for the same product, please email us and we’ll take care of you.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (or flat rate, if your order qualified for free shipping) and any return shipping costs will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
